Our standard turn around time for a valuation is between 5-7 working days from confirmation of valuation request. This of course depends on access being available at the agreed time of valuation. Urgent time frames can be negotiated. Valuation reports are generally emailed to the client and/or nominated parties on completion, if requested. You will also receive the hard copy, an additional copy and our invoice by mail.
