As each individual property and job requirement is unique, we do not have a "flat fee" for each type of valuation. Instead we offer a quote service which provides an accurate fee based on the specific requirements of the client and the characteristics of the property including lease details (if any). A discount normally applies to any re-valuation carried out.

We do not charge to re-address the front page of a valuation to an additional lender for the existing client.

Fees are payable within 14 working days of receipt of invoice.

The report remains the property of Townshend Cullen Associates until the account is fully paid.

In the case of an overdue accounts the client shall be liable to pay all costs and expenses of debt recovery and/or legal costs incurred.
