The office includes full time Geoffrey Porter, Registered Valuer, along with office staff and support from the Whitianga and Whangamata offices.

The Whitianga office of Townshend Cullen Associates was opened in 2005 covering all property types on the Coromandel Peninsula including both eastern and western seaboards.
The office is staffed full-time by Shane Rasmusen, Registered Valuer, along with office staff and support from the Whangamata and Paeroa offices.
